I placed an order via www.evseadapters.com for their tt-30 adapter and saw that I could pay with bitcoin. I have a little bit left in my coinbase account, so I paid by sending the required amount to the wallet listed in my order page. The btc was sent and I can confirm it via looking at the public transaction available, but the order page gives you a 2 hour timer to send the coin (which was sent and "confirmed" within ~30 minutes), and that timer just counted down to 0 and canceled my order, yet my BTC is gone.
Has anyone else paid www.evseadapters.com via crypto and it succeeded? I just had my 2nd phone chat with their support and it doesn't really sound like they know how to handle it, and I can't exactly claw my BTC back.
