Twisted monopost seat belt

The seat belt in my driver-side monopost seat is twisted, I pulled the entire belt but couldn't get rid of the twist.

Not sure if this is something I can fix myself or if it needs a Service Center visit.

My 90D AP1 X had same problem at delivery. We just had it fixed during annual service. Service center had to repair it.

Really easy fix pull it all the way out twist it back let it retract back in. My boys mess them up a lot.

Thank you! That fixed it. In my case it must have been the mother-in-law, she loves dragging the seat belt with her while exiting the car

First car we’ve ever had that features seat belts able to twist. Must be some design quirk.

I fixed it by pulling it all the way out

Did not work for me. I guess I'll have to take it into the service center.

Our kids manage do this to their 2nd row seat belts every other week... As suggested, pull it out as far as possible and while letting it roll back up, use one hand to try to guide the belt to fold over itself as it reels in.
