Two Traction Motors Assemblies, Front and Rear - from 2015 85D
For sale is the complete traction motor assembly, including motor, matching inverter, diff, half-shafts, hubs, and associated hardware, except suspension components. (sold separately) Pictures are stock pictures as I can't get good pics yet.
Two complete motors are for sale, one front and one rear. These can be had
- separately, $11,250 each plus shipping, or
- together for $18,000 plus shipping.
Includes sensors, but brake and parking callipers available separately. Please note that the front motor can not be retrofitted to a car built before September 2014 without replacing the complete front frame and extensive electrical and electronic modifications. It is unknown whether the rear motor is compatible with cars built before that date.
These are from a March 2015 85D with 3,500 miles, which was in a rear-ender. It's a southern California car, so never frozen or on salted roads.
