Uber credits warning

Just a heads up for everyone, Tesla now only give you Uber credits if they think your service will take longer than 4 hours - any less and you're on your own.

We live 90 miles from the service center, so any Uber credits we get are only useful if the car will be ready the same day and we have some shopping to do while waiting.

I live in Romford. Had an SC visit in Chelmsford. They refused to give Uber Credit. They said they don't cover that far (~26 miles).
The car is still under warranty. I am not happy at all.

I live only 13milrs from tesla Service but my car is having multiple software problems and they will keep it overnight. I get 100$/day in Uber credits. If I don’t use them all do I get to keep the excess credits?

I live at least 48 miles away from Stockport and they offered Uber credit

You do not keep them. They expire at the end of the service session.

I rebooked for an SC visit in Dartford and had no problem with offering Uber. I feel it all depends on the agent your ticket hit initially.

Yep they just gave me another 100$ for today and what was left over yesterday has disappeared. They have to keep it another night/day as the FSDb software goes crazy on after using for 4-5 hrs on road trips.
