Depreciation on the car may well be good. Depreciation on the FSD will likely be terrible. so try to get your moneys worth out of it. You are unlikely to get much of it back come sale time.

Oh for sure. No leasing company I spoke to priced in any additional residual value for it, it was a straight "add X to loan amount" calculation. Even Tesla don't quote any increase in GFV for it.

I bought it because I felt like I needed to have every aspect of "full self driving" that the car could do, but I'm not under any illusions about it's "worth", particularly in the EU.
