What is this thing hanging (seems fixed) on my under carriage? I didn’t think I noticed this earlier, but see it now..

you get work done recently? Looks like someone forgot to remove their lift jack pad. Just pull down on it and it'll come off easy.

Yes, it looks like the pucks one puts in one of the 4 jack points under the car. It should just pull out.
