US Bank Lease Return

Just curious if anybody has had a US Bank lease return this year.

Few questions:
- did us bank negotiate a buy out or strictly residual value?
- how was the lease return process? Hidden fee’s?
- anybody return the car then buy it from Tesla?

We had a lease on a 2016 S75 that expired last September. Bought it from US Bank and financed through them and got $7500 off the residual.

How many months did they start reaching out prior to lease expiration?

As far as I can recall, it was 3-4 months.
