V10 for non FSD

We will get those as well but over wifi only. Maybe we can use hotspot to enable the feature while driving?

I've only used my iphone's hotspot feature to get my updates, since i'm in an apt and have no ability to catch wifi otherwise. I've never had any issues receiving the updates this way.. My car is fairly new so I tend to get updates toward the end of the excitement unfortunately, but yes, hotspot works fine

I'm on the same boat as you. I'll probably get the update at the tail end as well.

Yep, no problem downloading with a hotspot.

Based on everyone's response the staggered rollout looks like this

1. EAP (Early Access Program)
2. Owners FSD
3. Owners with EAP w/o FSD (Enhanced Autopilot)
4. Owners with regular Autopilot
5. Everyone else

The Stats app is reporting that 66.8% of the Model 3 fleet has V10, so that must include lots of non-FSD folks. This is the fastest uptake of a major release we've seen in a while, as I recall. So, hang in there, you other 33%. Soon, I hope!

Hmmmm yeah I am non fsd with AP (NOT EAP) hw3, Sleeper.
Wondering if its because my wifi is only at one bar or if it just hasnt been rolled out to me yet.
