Took delivery yesterday and while there are alignment issues with the car, the most concerning thing is it's impossible to close the driver side door without both hands and body weight from outside.

When I'm inside, I have to slam it really hard that I'm scared it would shatter the glass...

Is there anyway to get a hold of the service center? Seems like office is open but nobody is picking up the phone.

Sorry to hear that... I'd make an appointment online right away, and then drive to West 4th (backlane service reception area) ASAP and see what they say.

Thanks. I did make an appointment yesterday but the nearest appointment is 3 weeks away on June 21.

I also email [email protected] but no reply yet. Hopefully they will get back to me by latest Monday...

Yes that happened to me too. No problem I let the delivery personell know and they got it fixed in two hours

Oh no it has to be a service appointment. They took care of it for free

Are people in Vancouver experiencing many delivery problems that require return to a Vancouver location?

I live on Vancouver Island and I’ll be pretty unhappy if I have to pay ferry fares so that Tesla can correct delivery defects.
