Vanishing VIN

Configured 2/22 white aeros. VIN received 4/2. VIN disappeared 4/4. I called Tesla and they are looking into it, but did not have an explanation. Anyone else with similar experience? Did you find out what this means? Six weeks is up today and I feel like Im back to square one.

Seems like there have been quite a few reports of either vanishing VIN's or changing VIN's today. I'm assuming they had a batch of cars that they discovered an issue with and had to pull those back. Might be for the better than you get a new VIN.

Ya I started a thread last night when mine disappeared, one guy had his disappear and he is picking up tomorrow. His ISA said its probably just a glitch and not a reassignment. My loan and everything is finalized so it would be a mess if they reassign new VINs

That guy was me lol, but I called him again cuz I wanted to double check and he hasn't returned my call. It would suck to show up at the delivery center and they tell me I don't have a VIN...

Called my ISA too, no answer.... but he has been extremely bad at communicating.... do you have a delivery specialist you have talked to or just your ISA?

I've just been talking to my ISA. Was there a delivery specialist I was supposed to get assigned to? the ISA is someone in Vegas even though im picking up in Fremont.

Bad news for me, hope yours is different, just got a call from my ISA and he said they need to get me a different car and he doesn't know when that will be....
