Variances in inventory pricing? What am I missing?

I looked at inventory last month and I don't recall the prices being any different from a custom build. If I'm right, then there are some nice discounts right now. But what I don't get is why one example has a different price from an identical other example.

For instance, can you tell me what the difference is between these:

The first is $69,060 while the second is $68,350. A difference of $710... for what? I spot zero differences. Even the same dealer location, if that would otherwise make some difference.

They both say "new vehicle", but is this a case of one has a few hundred km than the other? Or the panel gaps are bigger? lol

I think the consensus is that time on the lot also deducts from the price - the longer it’s been there the cheaper it gets, likely to a lower limit.
