Voice Command Button died again...

second time button stopped responding. First fix was replacement of airbag module, I guess the replacement switch was back ordered. Today same symptoms as last time, button doesn’t activate voice command but honking the horn does. Anyone else have this occur multiple times?

I have had had it happen once on my model s. Ranger service came out and replaced the switch under warranty.

Mine has started doing exactly that! I thought it was a software issue. I’ll call service

I had an appointment with service center and the technician replaced the switch. He sure tested that it is correctly functioning and handed me over the keys.

I sat in the car and checked... Now both voice command and lower menu switch don't work. Scrolling , wheel is working fine. Perplexed, I reach out to the technician again, he checks and resets the software. Still no luck.

Had to drive off as I was flying for a vacation. Will reschedule the service appointment once I come back. Hopefully a software update might fix that.
