My mother in law is ready to drop MSRP on 1 of these “electric” vehicles. I don’t know sh#t about them. Does anyone have any experience I can share with her to either make the correct decision or avoid problems.

try doing some research, I am sure that there is a forum for those cars just like there is for many other cars.
We test drove one. Unimpressed, totally unfunctional cargo area floor plan, the center console is huge and without much storage. Acceleration is marginal at best. Read on Swedespeed, lemon buybacks were common before 2018, now things have smoothened some. But she's purrty to look at. Sorry, S60R 6MT owner from Volvo's EU days, can't get over how they toyotacized the brand lately. At least the brand lives on unkile my beloved SAAB murdered by GM, TurboX and the 9-3 I had before it were great cars.
