Wall charger and NEMA 14-50 on One 60AMP circuit

power share one 60AMP circuit (which too I am told here in Canada is also against the code now because the power sharing on V3 WC is not via wire but rather wi-fi

Huh. I haven't seen the code section in the Canadian electric code, but in the USA one, it doesn't specify needing to be wired communication. I think that would be worth looking up there. Ours just says something to the effect of an official manufacturer implemented load management system. So whether the wall connectors used twisted pair or wi-fi doesn't matter.
