Wanted: owner (or friend) near Roseburg, OR

I'm trying to get an HPC installed in Roseburg, OR. Do you know anybody that lives in the area that could give advice on good locations?

Ideally something near a hotel, restaurants, shopping, a park, with covered parking...of course it doesn't have to meet all of those criteria.
