Please be careful with this company. I spend $250 ordering their luggage for my X back in July. I have never received it, never received shipping info. I emailed them a series of times. No response. In November I received a reply. Was promised an immediate credit to my card. As of today nothing. Be warned.

Why wouldn't you contact your credit card company to report fraud and dispute it?

It took 2-3 months when I ordered a couple of years ago. I wasn’t impressed with the product when it finally arrived over $600AUD poorer. I use the frunk bags on occasion, but the ‘trunk’ option are unusable - although looking now they seem to have a v2 which looks to have addressed the issue.

Agree with this post....I ordered over 5 weeks ago and company is not responding to order inquiries.

They have a Fancy web page that is looks good & is deceiving to the buyer but.......Highly recommend that you do not buy from them.
