Anyone have issues with rear hatch leaks?

Seems my rear hatch is letting water in? Thoughts or ideas what I can do prior to a SC visit

It was worse than photos but I panicked and cleaned it up

The only water I see is on the bumper cover - I'd expect water to be there. Are you saying there was water on the inside of that rubber seal?

Was at Tesla service Center today to bring my 2023 MYLR, it’s 3 weeks old and 300km on it

. They said water ingress is very rare. Then they told me they have a state of the art water testing bay for this specific problem. Makes me wonder how rare the problem really is. The right side storage area is soaked.

Anything like this is not rare it’s a sealing issue. My problem persists and goes back in next week.
