The specifications call for negative camber, the rear more than the front.

And yes, that will wear the inside more with more straight line driving.

Most tire rotations are not for that purpose. They are if there’s more wear in one area of the car than the other (front vs back or left vs right).

Camber changes can reduce the effect of wear, but it also changes how the car handles when turning at a decent speed.

If you take a turn fast enough, you will find that zero camber will make you lose traction sooner than -1 degree of camber.

That being said, you’re free to do what you want.
