What comes next, 10.x or 11.0?

Anyone hear anything about what is due out of the FSD pipeline yet?
It looks like 10.xx has run its course of incremental improvements.
I don't know what they are doing to tweak the 10.xx incremental releases, but the improvements seem to be spotty.
If 11.xx is not single stack, then I wonder what set of improvements/changes would happen for a naming increment.
