Except I don't think Tesla has ever called it a "Package". I've only seen it listed as a "Performance Upgrade" option. Clearly, it's a package; Tesla just doesn't call it that for whatever reason.

But like with other shortfalls in Tesla's naming convention, the community filled the gap and made up their own acronym (see also P3D, stealth, AWD+, etc.)
