What happened to Mark Forums Read?

It was near the top of the page yesterday, but today it's gone.

I see where an individual subforum can be marked read, but would like the return of a global Mark Forums Read. Thanks.

I’m in the New Posts view, and I still see the Mark Forums Read option.
