Car was built prior to September 2020. If I’m not mistaken there is no warning speaker.

right, that's why its not plugged in because we don't have the speaker. all cars have the wire.

There is only one at the passenger side

I wonder why this wire is dangling?
Is there any plastic rivet missing to hold the Wheel Arch Liner?

Not sure. I was able to tuck it up in front of the wheel and it is out of sight. I thought if it comes down again I’d find where it plugs into or use tape
