what is your regen brake level in track?

Hello all, I wonder how much regen level influence battery overheat, brake wear/overheat, battery use speed in track?

If regen brake level not influence battery use speed much, but help battery overheat later much, I think 5% regen level is a good choice(also, we can start press throttle in apex instead of press ahead).

I didn't test it, but with fast driving regen shouldn't save above few %. It does, though, heats up battery much faster. The main reason to use it is if your brakes are not far from stock. Lower regen logically makes even less sense.
