I just bought a cheap one from ebay, seems to be working fine for me for over a year now.

I bought this for my Model Y. Not the cheapest, but easy to apply with the included alignment frame. It's matte, impacts the resolution slightly, but no finger prints and no glare.

Spigen for me too (see above Amazon link). It’s fantastic and self aligns, no bubbles, can’t even tell it’s there at all.

Yes, it’s not cheap, but neither was you car. I’d 100% go the same route again, and they have matte option if you choose to go that way

Great question -- bought mine used and it had one on there already, but always wondered if I should swap it out with matte. And of course, no definitive answer out there so love to see other people's opinions on this topic.

No screen protector for me. I have a micro fiber towel to clean my screen. I’ve tried screen protectors. No joy.

Spigen for me - so easy to apply perfectly. I went glossy for the clarity, don't really notice the glare and so far fingerprints seem to be non existent.

To be completely honest, with the speigen you can’t even tell it’s there. At all. It is a perfect fit and the alignment tray is honestly foolproof. My 7 year old could have put it on perfectly.

My concern with no protector is how vital the screen is to this car. It’s everything. If I scratch the protector I can take it off snd try again. If I scratch the screen (or my kids do...) it will be replacement only abd that’s a fortune I’m sure.

Tried a cheaper one on Amazon and it was horrible. Spent a bit more on Spigen (clear version) and it was worth. Bubble free install.
