this is my first entry here... I am not, yet, a Tesla owner...
Hopefully I'll be soon.
I just confirmed the reservation of a preowned S 85D in an European dealer (not CPO). This is the first time I purchase a second hand car and the first time I purchase a second hand car in a foreign country. I'll be flying to collect the car in a couple of weeks and will have some time to review everything is OK, but don't know any Tesla geek there to ask for help (Holland). The dealer is specialised in Tesla and looks ok to me. They also offer a extended warranty, (which may not mean too much as it is not Tesla Inc).
I will also be driving the car home (long trip... Holland -> Belgium -> France -> Spain) so I need to minimise risks
I hope you can help me in any think you can advise me to check on this car (I don't know... the correct way to check battery condition, air suspension being OK, auto pilot, motors... whatever). Also please advise of any thing I need to be careful of in this type of transactions...again, not much experience on it. Any help will be appreciated.
