Any benefit with the magnetic over non-magnetic, other than ease of removal? I'm on the fence, but leaning on non-magnetic, too. My only concern with non-magnetic is removing it frequently could thread the bolts (similar to what I've read about The Bandit.)

Curious if people remove this when washing the car...that's the only other benefit I see for magnetic (at $40 more expensive.) Thoughts?

I also got this one. Had some concerns regarding airflow but talked to my mechanical engineer friend that also knew some aerospace engineers and he said the airflow and cooling impact would be minimal so go ahead and use it. Unless you're constantly in super hot weather i wouldn't worry too much about it
