When will the miles I purchased with credits show up? Does it take a few weeks?

It's only been a couple days since I converted 1500 credits to 500 miles and one discussion someone said maybe it takes 2-3 weeks. That seems like a long time for a high tech company so figured I'd ask here. Also does it show up in the Wallet?

Yeah ,,, it can take a while. I finally messaged them and my miles were added the next day.

Nice, I was thinking maybe I should do that. How did you message them? Was it through the app or did you email customer support?

I used the 1500 credits like 3 days ago and then emailed customer support today to ask when it will show up so I'm sure nothing happened yet. I went to the supercharger station they opened across the street from me and added 85 miles to try out since it's cheaper than my electricity when I use over 350kWh. I wasn't charged at all but I didn't notice until I saw a message in the app and it said 66 miles of credits used. I wonder how they calculate it. Maybe since I was only using 25 cent/kw and it's the cheapest of all the Tesla stations in the area they avg the cost?
