White Interior Waiting List

Unfortunately for me, I am on said list. My order is for a SR+ Red/White. What I fail to understand is why. I have paid an additional £3000 (£2000 for Red and £1000 for Interior) for my order, yet this is the reason for me waiting indefinitely.

Surely options like this are good for Tesla's P&L and would normally result in being somewhere near the top of the production list at other companies.

Does anyone on here have any indication why white interior is causing delays?

Same reason I had to wait 6 months for my 19" sport wheels. You will never know. Tesla will never tell you.
