I really hope the air suspension is optional on the tri motor.

If there's a trim level that demands air suspension, it's the Tri-Motor.

Given Tesla's previous offerings, there will be very few build options. Personally I'm hoping for the solar vault door, since a charge rate of even 1 mph would cover my daily commute. I could skip charging altogether!

No trim will “demand” the air suspension. And I feel the Tri will be the best of the 3 to not have it. Longer range will be better for off roading and overland, air suspension will be worse for off road and overland.

I’ll add I’m fairly certain air will be standard and CT will not Be available without. But since the point was brought up, one can hope.
