Will FSD stay with a 2021 Model S purchased at a non Tesla dealer?

Looking at a Model S with Full Self Driving and it has Full Self Driving currently but I am wondering if it will stay with the vehicle when setup under a new owner? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It should, it where did the dealer get the car from? If it came from Tesla via an auction it may have delayed removal.

Their finance manager owned it last. He was the second owner.
