Will NEM 2.0 cut off be based on Tesla' install date or PTO date?

Wondering if I need to push Tesla to get the ball rolling and get inspection passed as soon as possible.

From what I've read, it's based on the interconnection/PTO date, but not 100% sure. I'm haven't even got my system installed yet.

Always push Tesla to get through inspection and PTO as soon as possible so that you can start to take advantage of the solar that you had installed and paid for already. It looks like you are in PG&E territory, so I don't know why you are concerned about NEM 2.0 dates. NEM 3.0 is only in the early stages I wouldn't expect to see this take effect until late 2022, so unless something is horribly wrong with your installation and PG&E balks with the interconnect you will be NEM 2.0.
