Hi all,
I have always generated more energy than I make and have 1:1 net metering so I have been using Powerwall's in backup only mode, Now that I have a Model Y and have also installed LG heat pumps for Heating/Cooling I am now looking to have my first eclectic bill this month (using the last of solar my credits). I was wondering if using the Powerwall in self powered mode will reduce the amount of power I draw from the grid and therefore reduce delivery charges? I am in CT with Eversource as my provider using Rate 1. Thanks.
