I'm tempted to try to fix my mirror panels myself. Has anyone tried epoxy or double sided tape? Problem is my mirror panels don't stick out much so I don't have room to work without pulling them out further which I don't want to do.
Or for anyone that has taken their car to the Costa Mesa, CA SC, what is the protocol there? Seems some SC's replace them, some don't do anything and say there is a new part in development. Don't really want to spend the time to get them replaced and have the same issue. So perhaps repairing on my own for now is best and if they pull apart later, hopefully by then there is a new part available.
