I installed a new window regulator in the driver's door the other day. While driving and the window is closed I can hear wind whistling in.
Best I can tell the window is seated in the track right and it's perfect aligned just like the pass front window. But when I shut the door and it raises up it pushes outward slightly and creates a tiny gap along the trail edge (rear edge) of the window to door seal.
I can watch the door push away a hair when it closes and that's obv not right.
I tried adjusting the track like the manual says but that had no effect. I also did the 14 close onto a block of wood followed by the 2 sec down hold and up hold like the manual says but still it's going up too far. Any ideas?
