Windshield washers

Are all mode 3 windshield washer jets completely useless, or is mine just broken? All it does it squirt a tiny bit of fluid everywhere except in front of the driver where it’d be useful :/. Is this normal?

Not normal, mine work great. Better than anything else I've driven, actually.

I thought mine must be messed up.. the fluid just kinda drips out with no real force behind it. Will hit up the service center. Thanks!

Same here. I get a barely-visible spray from the driver's side that is useless and then a dribble from the passenger side which is only slightly better in effectiveness. I had the Orlando SC check them out and they replaced the wiper blades and a bunch of stuff and it made no difference. Most people I speak to say their's is the same.

I think there must be an issue with yours. On mine it seems like they work great.

The fluid sprays out under high pressure normally?

They spray water on the blade by design. They shouldn’t be shooting water all over the windshield. If the system isn’t depositing enough water on each blade to effectively clean, then you have a problem. Mine work very well.

Mine only spray on the passenger side noticeably as well. The driver side might be getting it more directly on the blade but it’s not noticeable.

Yeah.. in any case, it’s not effective at all. I scheduled an appointment, will see what they say.

Mine definitely doesn’t have that kind of pressure behind it. It doesn’t even get half of the glass wet in my case. Oh well, they’ll fix it I’m sure.

Mine washers work great. I just wish the auto wipers worked as well. The wipers just aren't sensitive enough to either respond quickly to a light rain, or speed up enough to keep up with a heavy rain. The sad thing is that on an earlier firmware version, auto wipers did work. But since they added in the red light warning, the wipers are broken again. Maybe that front camera is being asked to do too much at one time, DashCam, red light warning, and rain monitoring.

You have to watch it in slow-motion to see if it's actually working. My passenger one seems okay, but the driver side is pretty shitty though it still gets some fluid. Not too sure. I thought I had run out of washer fluid but turns out it was only 1/3 empty. Please update if you find something.
