Be careful when changing them: do not lift them more than necessary (1-2 inch).
On tesla, unlike on other car I owned, you cannot fully pull them up and expect them to stay in that position. Even worst: pulling them too much away and you might break them (the spring).
My SC told me to also be careful as soon as the blade is removed to not let it go and smash the window.
