Does anyone know why Tesla decided that the screen should not be allowed to pivot towards the driver? Cost cutting?
If all design decisions were based on the premise of a fully self-driving vehicle, then that center screen would be oriented for both left and right sides of the car. Some have speculated that the aspect ratio and resolution of the screen implies that it was designed for TV/movies.
