I know they do, but there's a 3 week wait. My wife took my set for her P90DL when I took delivery of my P100DL last week.

I examined the Tesla floor mats and then ended up purchasing the below, which are better made and a *very* good fit in our near 2017 (last day of December 2016) Tesla Model S P100D. The edges curl up to contain water, etc.

I like the ones on covercraft.com. Lots of choices in both plush mats and weather mats. They make them for the S and the X (all configurations).

Also, if you have an X, check out their sunshade. Heavy duty, protects the dash like a champ when parked in hot sun.
