So checking my various route planners, but knowing the weather might be sketchy tomorrow,

Has anyone made the run from Wyth - Knox SC's non stop with a 75d ? Look's like 198 mi or so

I'll have a longer stop in TN, so I don't mind arriving with very low SOC.

It's 198 miles but mostly downhill (drop of 1,280 ft in 200 miles). That should be no problem. Besides, you have Bristol available 1/3 the way into the trip and by that point you should be able to tell if you can make it.

EV trip planner shows it as 10480 feet up and 11762 down.

Yes, but per the elevation plot, it is more downhill than uphill. If it were +10,480 and -0 ft then it would be a drastically different scenario.

I made this drive back in August but I stopped at Bristol (to visit a new-to-me supercharger) as well as Mountain Motorsports in Kodak, TN (to visit a new-to-me destination charger). From Wytheville to Knoxville was 201.6 miles driven and it consumed 202.5 miles of range. Basically the same as the distance driven due to the elevation drop.

201.6 miles driven and 202.5 miles of range consumed

Wytheville, VA -> Bristol, TN
76.5 miles driven
75.4 miles of range consumed
278 Wh/mi
-415 ft elevation change
75 F temps

Bristol, TN -> Mountain Motorsports (Kodak, TN)
89.8 miles driven
88.0 miles of range consumed
268 Wh/mi
-845 ft elevation change
75 F temps

Mountain Motorsports (Kodak, TN) -> Knoxville, TN
35.3 miles drive
39.1 miles of range consumed
309 Wh/mi
-25 ft elevation change
78 F temps
