X LR Performance less efficient when driving in Ludicrous?

I just got my 2021 X LR Performance.
Does driving in Ludicrous all the time affect range even with a very light foot?

Does driving in Ludicrous all the time affect range even with a very light foot?

I'm almost certain it doesn't, but I don't have any actual evidence to prove this theory. I've driven in Chill, Sport and Ludicrous modes sporadically and only notice a difference in the latter mode if I actually accelerate quickly. Obviously the faster acceleration uses considerably more Wh/mi.
