I am due for a charging port replacement next week. When a tech stopped by to fix another issue he noticed that the three prongs in the car [where the wall charger would plug in] were not right. But he also said he was new to the Y. But my Y is charging well with out any problem after the home charging cable was replaced. I am wondering if I should let them replace something that is not broken and then end up with more problems?
I see 3 prongs. The top left prong is just plastic, the top right prong has a metal sleeve on it. The bottom prong is plastic.
Is this how it should look? Can any of the other Y owners post a picture or update? I will try to post a picture later in the day.
