Y vs 3 headlights and trunk sounds?

Hello!

Finally got my 3(Aug 2021) and Y(Nov 2021). I was wondering if anyone knew why
1. The headlamps are different? The 3 has from what I can tell projection headlamp and the Y does not
2. The 3 trunk closing sound after pressing the button is terrible, while the Y is nice. Any way to change the 3?

In the US, up to now, only the Performance Model Y comes with the projector beam headlights.
