Got the alert yesterday on my 2020 Model X ... time for a new 12V battery. 3 years, 2 months, 63k miles ... she's been ridden pretty hard.
Setup a Mobile Service appointment ... for today. Technician came right on time, changed the battery, 1/2 hour and $240 later, and all was done.
Amazing service as always from my local SC team. Hard to be upset with results like that! Very fair price too -- didn't have to lift a finger and it was done in my driveway.
On to the next 63k miles!
