You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.

In the past, we're normally able to log in but all of our cars don't appear or they are the wrong color. I think this is the first time we've actually noticed a message. Maybe they'll have some nice new website changes?
My account has the same issue, though I saw that I got a VIN assigned last night. My Order date was Dec03. I called the delivery center and they said My car is on its way and will be available to pick up tomorrow.
Owner of Model 3 since July 2018. I had routine mobile service appt today and also found Tesla online account unavailable so I assume the "not available" message is not just screening those with new or pending orders. [Mine has been unavailable for about six hours. Now 3pm Eastern US].
