With permission from ME and DH, here is a picture of the Orange/Silver-Gray cars together:

They will probably come up with better side by side photos once DH's car is delivered.

Lots of cars come in for service, firmware upgrades, and other adjustments. Martin's car is just so recognizable that everyone knows when it is in the shop.

Of maybe a half dozen times I visited the store, Martin's car happened to be there twice.

At the end of the Rally we got to see the car in the sunlight for the first time.

Looks amazing!

It's one of those lightening in a bottle paint colors. Everywhere you stand it looks different. All of them good in the sun.

I had hoped that while our car was at the Tesla store it would get a prominent spot in the showroom but they had it parked outside in the sun because that's where everyone responded to it.

Also happy it came out like the mockup:

Sun position and lighting is similar to above but the ground is light enough to throw off an exact match. (image flopped)

The gray rims look pretty good. I may just keep them instead of the planned black.

James, you got the external CF package, right? I think that roadster would look even better in RR. Yeah, I still owe you the picture with the hardtop off and the soft top in place (life's been crazy lately), though I think that Fusion Red picture is more representative with the CF package in place. I'm so glad I got the black wheels - they just look killer.

I decided against all of the carbon fiber upgrades.
I only did the carbon fiber hardtop and the executive leather interior.

You do owe us some pics of yours with the black softtop. The black top and black wheels with Radiant Red sounds like a great combo.
But we need visual proof to confirm.

Don't leave us hanging Sbyer !!!

hey guys! I'm new here

I saw a roadster yesterday at the LA dealer. It's either Krypton Green or Isotope green. The reps and tech there did not know the color code or even the color name

I did take quite a few photos. I will post them soon and maybe someone can help me determine the exact color.

the car also had the carbon package *drool*

Yes, the colour reproduction on those scans isn't great but assuming the photos are accurate, it does look like poire (pear) from the real brochure. So what's a Euro signature colour doing in LA?

By the way, I presume this is the car that appeared in the Daimler photoshoot?

That is actually SIG 100 from the original 2008 model year. It was the vehicle in Europe for the Daimler announcement and it is now in the USA. It was built and intentionally never sold. It has some special purpose that is unknown at this time.

It is unique in the sense that it is the only SIG 100 to get exterior carbon fiber upgrades.

The sign on the car says "Customer Car Do Not Touch" but that might just be the standard sign that goes on all of them.

Here was his car parked next to another with the soft top. Perhaps you could use a little imagination to mentally blend the two.
