I had the opposite situation where Tesla’s trade in offer was $12K more than CarMax and $19K more than Carvana. This was for a 2019 Model X. The valuations seem to be all over the place for the X.

Day 486 for me. When I originally ordered on Jan 10, 2021 the EDD was March 2021, but that was before the refresh announcement. I am currently showing July 2022.

Yes, same location. I stopped by yesterday and the area blocked off didn't look anywhere near large enough to accommodate 20 stalls, but maybe this is just the start and they will build out from there.
