I spoke with construction. They are angry because they must wait 2 weeks for Oncor to drop the transformer and run the lines from the other side of the street to the transformer, before they can finish: They are re-grading the last 4 positions because the angle is too high for Handicapped...

Spoke with construction today, they came from installing CO SC's. They said they should be done within 3 weeks, but ONCOR has to bore under the street to get power to the traqnsformers. There could be some delays.

FYI, the transformer is REALLY loud! There is a ton of power in here. Transformers lose 3% of energy, even if there is nothing being used. The meter shows there has been nothing used - yet. I bet Tesla shows up tomorrow to turn the thing on.
