They announced 5 hrs ago that it's back online, but it's now offline again. I have an offline logger application that uses the Tesla API and been getting HTTP 502 (bad gateway) errors. Sounds like a recurring server config error on their side.

So everyone can race to Stone Cove and the winner gets to plug in to the charger there. Unfortunately I'll be on vacation this Saturday, won't be able to show up in my M3. Bummer.

I'm now a proud Model 3 owner, the 11th in the state of MD! I only drive it back from the Rockville SC to home and after dark, but I'm impressed so far with how solid the car feels, and it seems to freaking amazing. Have to get used to the dark spot where I'm used to seeing a lighted binnacle...

OP here. My wife and I are picking up our M3 tomorrow from Rockville. Super excited! That'll make 2 in Bethesda AFAIK. I think this is the week they start regular deliveries at the local service centers here. There were a few deliveries prior to this week, but I'd bet they were one-offs...

Got a phone call yesterday afternoon from a delivery specialist in Las Vegas to schedule delivery for our local (Rockville MD) service center. We're on their schedule to take delivery Thursday the 25th. So that would be 3 weeks from the initial invite. So my experience is consistent with yours...

A whole bunch of invites went out yesterday, 4 Jan, mostly on the East Coast. Data is from the spreadsheet: We got our Invites as well. Delivery estimated in 4 weeks.

So some 3s are getting delivered around DC apparently, production is picking up, and we just got our M3 configuration email yesterday. But I still haven't seen one live yet. Have any of you seen one?

Oh. I hadn't known that MobilEye owned the AP1 software in addition to the cameras. The way it was told to me at the dealer was they had to collect all new data with the new AP2 hardware, not that they had to start a new codebase. So it no longer surprises me that much that Tesla took this...
