Wiki MASTER THREAD: Actual FSD Beta downloads and experiences

I disagree on the "too much latency" as multiple times it has saved people from red light runners that the "human" didn't even notice. In comparison, this was happening in slow motion. It has to be a bug. I have personally witnessed similar "why the F@$% are you doing that?" scenarios that...

Range above EPA estimate for 2017 Model S 75D

Read my post above for an idea on what I get,,, AC is a fairly constant 1kW consumption therefore it will have a bigger impact (as far as % of range) at slower speeds, when the motor consumption is lower. Simple example: at 0mph pretty much 100% of range is being used by the AC. When the motor...

Duke Energy off-peak charging - AVOID

I don’t think they have any other way to know if it’s charging, but I’m not willing to try them to find out. I travel a lot and often have to leave the car at the airport unplugged. Don’t want to come back after a long trip and find my traction battery at 0% just to save $10/mo

Wiki MASTER THREAD: Actual FSD Beta downloads and experiences

Looks like a period and a capital letter were forgotten, but a clear question can still be made out. This is how I interpret it: “My car wants to update (Period, followed by capital I) is 2023.12.11 FSD beta?” Answer: you can check TeslaFi.com Firmware Tracker or look at my screenshot below…...

    FSD Beta v11.x

Yes, I switched to TACC to test it, and there's no difference. But it only started recently... and I've been on FSDb for the past year, since June 2022

    FSD Beta v11.x

My first drive on 11.4.3 was really good. I did a 30 mile drive yesterday across Orlando. I engaged in the driveway and disengaged when it stopped at the destination. Didn't touch a thing. So far so good. Except for the rocking back and forth I get above 50mph... everything was pretty good. I...

    FSD Beta v11.x

Some things that trigger the oscillations: Going straight, no hands on the wheel = smooth. Wheel nag pops up, and I touch the wheel to clear, oscillations start. I approach a semi or a semi approaches, car moves away... when semi is gone and car returns to center, oscillations start. When the...

    FSD Beta v11.x

Right. That’s what I’m experiencing. Any idea what might be causing it, and how to fix it?
