Was it just for the spotify/careoke/intune OR was ALL sound off (ex. turn-signal)? I had the latter happen to me after an upgrade to V10. Getting out of the car, locking it, wait a minute (or 2) - this fixed it for me.

I took delivery a little over a week ago and my s/w version also stuck at 2019.7.06. I have my M3 connected to Wifi at home but no updates so far. So, this appears to be more frequent than just a one-off thing.

I took delivery last friday and neither (USB cables, NEMA 14-50) were included. I was able to sweet-talk the DS into giving me a NEMA-14-50 from one of their display vehicles.

One of them does have my name on it. Its still on its way but I am now scheduled to take delivery this weekend. Stoked :)
